What equipment do I need?
 

You don't need any special equipment, hardware or software to install MyDealerSoft, your car dealer software. All you need are standard PCs or laptops or PDA's or tablet PC's and an internet connection.

What do I have to install on my PC's
 

You don't need to install anything on your PCs.

We take responsibility to have your car dealer software up and running on the web available to you. The software is installed on our own servers in a data center and is accessible by your people over the internet through the browser you use. You can access it anytime from anyplace, your office, your home, on the road.

 

"Software as a Service" is a brand new concept that gives you access to Car Dealer Software over the web.

With "Software as a Service" you have all the functionality you need for your business, on demand.

You don't have to purchase any software or invest in special equipment on premises or pay IT personnel to manage your IT installations.

Is my business the right size to use SaaS

 

Our solution is fit for any size of dealership business, small or big, one shop or many, one site location or many.

It is a full DMS platform and more, with strong functionality and enabling technologies, for data entry, online reporting, total picture of your relations with your customers, elimination of many paper-based or fax-based activities.

It is easy. As soon as you decide on MyDealerSoft we will give you access to it.

We will offer an initial set of services to enable you and your people to start using your car dealer software.

These services include setting up the system´s parameters, users' training, configuration of the first necessary printout reports.

These services have specific duration in hours and they are provided immediately after signing the initial contract.

Where are the Software and my Data installed?

 

The software and your data will be hosted on dedicated secure servers installed in our Data Center. Both are accessible by you and your people over the internet.

We will make all necessary effort to have the software up and running.

You will always have available the latest software version automatically.

There is no need for you to take care of any updates or releases.

What is a Data Center?

It is the computer center in which we have installed the software applications and the computers (servers) or other access security infrasturcture (firewall, security, etc.) necessary for the proper operation of the software.

The data center complies with all security measures. For example it is self sufficient on power supply for a period of up to 3-5 days in case it is not accessible due to extreme weather or other conditions (heavy snowfall, earthquakes etc.). Access is not allowed to the public and to unauthorized persons. It is fire proof.

The data center's skilled professionals provide services of contiuous monitoring of equipment, of computers and applications.

The data center does not hold any rights on the software. It only hosts the hardware and software on its premises. The software and the technical equipment remain our property.

Will my Data be secure?

 

Access to the system will be a simple process for you, your employees, your partners and even your customers.

They all have access through the internet. They login to the system using their unique User Names & Passwords that are assigned to them. Their login activates the access control system of the Software and their personal authorizations and profiles.

Of course no one else besides authorized company employees/partners (users) to whom we have assigned a unique User name & Password, is entitled to access the software applications.

We specifically define by name in the system parameters all system users (employees, partners) of your company.

If I need to stop the Service, what will happen with the data and my records?
 

You have the right (without having to invoke any specific reason) to stop using the Service any time.

We will give you access to all your files and transactions.

If you want at any point to install the software in your own servers in your own premises you can do it and we will help you to migrate at agreed fees.

What will I pay for the Service?

 

The cost of the service that will be provided to you is based on a monthly subscription fee per user.

All your fees are variable per user: if you reduce the number of users, you pay less.

Your costs are fully variable. It is an affordable solution that lets you focus on your core business that makes your revenue, rather than taking care of your software.

How will you train me?

 

We help you startup the system through various comprehensive methods.

We will offer an initial set of services to enable you and your people to start using the software.

These services include setting up the system´s parameters, users' training, configuration of the first necessary printout reports.

These services have specific duration in hours and they are provided immediately after signing the initial contract.

At a reasonable fee, we will visit your premises for local customized trainings. During these local sessions we will also consult you on how to upload your initial files and convert from other systems and on how to design your forms, reports and business processes.

How will you support me?

 

We will provide telephone support during the agreed working days and hours. We also have a specific web site where you will be able to post your support requests.

Logic software errors are solved from our premises through the Internet with direct access to the system that resides in the data center.

Customer support through requests posted on our site does not include the visit of one of our technicians or consultants to the customer's premises.

This service can be provided after special agreement of the financial terms of such a visit.

Why should I use a Software as a Service instead of on Premises Software?

 

There are a lot of benefits for you.

- We perform back ups on a regular basis to satisfy our service level agreement.
